Why We Started D Street Media

Every song starts with an idea. Every book starts with a blank page. Every dream starts with someone willing to believe it can become something more.

That belief is what led to the creation of D Street Media.

What began as a passion for music and storytelling has grown into a platform dedicated to creating content that entertains, inspires, educates, and points people toward hope. We live in a world filled with noise, and our goal is simple: create media that gives people something meaningful to hold onto.

Over the years, we’ve watched entertainment drift away from positive messages and faith-centered values. Instead of complaining about it, we decided to build something different.

D Street Media exists to develop artists, authors, and creative projects that tell stories worth hearing and lessons worth learning. Whether it’s the uplifting music of Delaney & Wrist, the powerful harmonies of the Urban Community Choir, the contemporary pop sound of Codee Ray, or the spiritual journey found within The 7th Guide series, every project is created with purpose.

That purpose extends beyond music and fiction. We are also developing children’s books designed to help young readers navigate life’s challenges with wisdom, confidence, and discernment. These stories encourage children to recognize their value, make good decisions, protect themselves from harmful influences, and understand that true worth is found in character rather than material possessions. We believe lessons that can change a life are best taught early.

We are not interested in chasing every trend. We are interested in creating content that lasts.
